"Very Good. Fortunately for every piece of jibberish like "American Flyers" (the last time I will ever mention the name of that flusher) there is a flick like "Breaking Away". As a period piece, a coming of age story and a sports flick this one does it right. Hard to believe Dennis Quaid was ever that young. The scenes are great and for enthralled biking it is hard to beat drafting a semi at 55mph all set to Mendelsohn's Italian Symphony. The only part that is hard to get around is Dennis Christopher's puny looking legs. They weren't pushing no 52 x 12 that's for sure. But if you ride watch this one for sure." --Tepy
