User Reviews [Review this film]

"Sports Classic . Excellent! A truly great sports biopic. Maurice "The Rocket" Richard was one bad dude. Richard continued to overcome adversity. This film was Cinderella Man meets Rudy. Roy Dupuis plays Richard perfectly. The emotion was real and hockey play authentic. The film worked hard and successfully brought out the key events in Richards life." --Jason of SportsInMovies.com

"Sports Classic. Since most Americans are not big hockey fans, this movie is not well known over here in the States. This is to bad. This movie should go down as one of the best sports movies of all time, up there with "Rudy", "Seabiscut" and "Raging Bull" hand downs!!! The acting, direction, costumes, lighting and most of all...the action/skating and filmography.....award winning to say the least. A great biopic, a great movie and the best hockey movie ever made. A must see by all." --Jesse Felzien
