Movie Description

In the sequel to the huge 1989 hit, Major League, Major League 2 features many of the same characters from the original film, which follows the Cleveland Indians' rise from cellar-dwellars to contenders.

Success has not been exactly kind to the Tribe heroes. Pitcher Ricky "Wild Thing" Vaughn, now a celebrity, seems to be more concerned with his endorsements than pitching, while slugger Pedro Cerrano, who once utilized voodoo to help his swing, has converted to Buddhism, causing him to serenely question everything.

But baseball season is a marathon, not a sprint, and eventually the Tribe get it together and once again capture the hearts of the nation in their quest to reach the World Series.

Charlie Sheen, Corbin Bernsen, Dennis Haysbert, Tom Berenger and James Gammon are all cast returnees, with newcomers Omar Epps, David Keith and Eric Bruskotter rounding out the primary players.
