Movie Description

Filmed entirely in Western Australia, the 2009 boxing drama from Walt Disney Home Entertainment, Two Fists, One Heart, is a classic father-son conflict-leading-to-reconciliation film which is based largely on a true story.

For as long as Anthony Argo can remember, he's been pushed by his father to become a champion boxer, and Anthony does all he can to comply until he meets and falls for Kate, a student/barmaid who opens his eyes to life outside the boxing ring. Naturally, this turn of events doesn't sit well with the domineering father, who tries everything possible to "straighten out" his wayward son.

At times using the filming technique similar to such films as "Blair Witch Project" and other low-budget productions, Two Fists, One Heart is occasionally disorienting and appears slapped together, but the result is effective and crucial to the storyline, especially during the fight scenes.

The Australian cast features Daniel Amalm, Ennio Fantastichini and Jessica Marais.
