Movie Description

Small bait shop owner, Bill Dugan (Bill Engvall), finds out he owes the bank $15,000 to avoid foreclosure. Bill enters a fishing tournament with hopes to take home the prize and save the bait shop. However, tournament favorite is Hod Rod Johnson (Billy Ray Cyrus) and he’ll do whatever it takes to win. To make things more interesting, Hod Rod decides to open a fishing mega-store next to Dugan’s bait shop.
