Movie Description

1998’s National Lampoon’s Golf Punks is a golf-themed comedy starring Tom Arnold as a washed-up former PGA tour golfer who’s given the task of teaching golf to a group of teenaged underachievers.

Arnold is his typical wisecracking, not-all-there self in the role of Al Oliver. Besides the daunting assignment of educating problem kids the intricacies of golf, he also must keep an alert eye on the lookout for a bookie to whom he is in serious debt with.

Coming from National Lampoon, audiences should expect the usual slapstick, juvenile humor, and for the most part, Golf Punks delivers. The "Bad News Bears Meets Caddyshack" premise holds potential, unfortunately that potential is rarely approached here.

Other than Arnold, the cast includes James Kirk, Rene Tardif, Katelyn Wallace and Rhys Huber.
